The PFN PSA Nitrogen Generator takes high quality carbon molecular sieve as the absorbent and makes use of the PSA principle to directly separate nitrogen from compressed air.
Under certain pressure, oxygen and nitrogen have relatively significant difference in diffusion rate on the carbon molecular sieve due to dynamical effect. In a short period of time, a large number of oxygen molecules are absorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen molecules are concentrated in the vapor phase, realizing separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Since the oxygen absorption capacity of the carbon molecular sieve varies significantly with the pressure, the oxygen molecules absorbed by the carbon molecular sieve can be desorbed by lowering down the pressure so as to revive the carbon molecular sieve. In this way, repeated cycle and alternating can be realized and high-quality nitrogen can be generated continuously.

1.The unique absorption tower structure and process avoid floating and powdering of absorbent, making it easy for upsizing.

4.With simple operation, stable running and high automation degree, it can realize unattended operation, and there will be no loss in case of nitrogen back flushing (refining system).
5.The automatic interlocking nitrogen discharge device ensures the nitrogen quality.
6.Nitrogen device flow, automatic purity adjusting system, remote monitoring system, etc. are available for selection.
